Due to the unique nature of most of our collection, the traveling nature of the exhibition, all sales are final unless your item is damaged or very special circumstances exist.

Damaged items will be replaced by the exact item and the cost of shipping will be borne by us. Customer must contact us to receive a return shipping label and authorization, and upon receipt of the damaged item, a replacement will be sent out. Customer must return the damaged item in its original shipping carton along with copy of original sales receipt or packing slip.

Clothing articles may be returned for exchange for sizing, however the cost of shipping will be at the customer's expense both return and redelivery. Replacement item will be sent out on receipt of the original garment. Item must be returned with copy of original sales receipt or packing slip.

Returns and Exchanges

For returns and exchanges send an email to CustomerCare@exhibitmerchandising.com. Be sure to include your name, daytime phone, and receipt or order number and a brief description of the problem.

We will either send a UPS call tag to have the item picked up or request you to return the item at your own expense for further processing. The nature of the issue will determine the method.

We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.

We may charge a 10% restocking fee for items returned and not exchanged, and the cost of return shipping may be billed to the customer in all cases except for replacement of damaged items or other extenuating circumstances. We will alert you to these charges in advance if they will apply to allow you to allow us to proceed with the return or exchange. Initial shipping costs can not be refunded for any reason.

International Shipments

Customers requesting shipment to any country outside the United States of America should be aware the country in which you request the shipment to may levy Duties and/or taxes (including assessing VAT and/or GST and other such taxes) in accordance with local regulations. These costs ARE NOT a part of our shipping costs which cover only the freight portion of the shipment and a nominal packaging allowance and will be levied solely at the discretion of the local government. These fees can be quite high in many cases. If this is of concern to you, please contact your local Customs enforcement agency for further details and determining the rates of duty that may be levied.

In the event you REFUSE the shipment we have already sent to you, we will accept the returned but assess charges as follows:

  • credit your account for the purchase price of the product
  • less a 10% restocking fee on product value
  • less the cost of shipping we charged you on the initial shipment
  • less the charge to us by the shipping company to return the product to us.
